3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Information Accuracy
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the application process
- Notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information, address, or circumstances
- Maintain current contact information with us throughout your policy term
3.2 SR22 Compliance
You understand and agree that:
- SR22 insurance is typically required for 3 years in California
- You must maintain continuous coverage throughout the required period
- Any lapse in coverage will be reported to the DMV and may result in license suspension
- You are responsible for complying with all DMV requirements and court orders
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Broker Fees
- Standard broker fee: $250.00 for all SR22 policies
- Broker fees are non-refundable once services are rendered
- Payment options include monthly, semi-annual, or annual payments
4.2 Insurance Premiums
- Non-owner SR22 policies: Typically range from $49.29 to $3,785.49 annually (most clients pay $100-$300)
- Owner SR22 policies: Typically range from $574.56 to $4,782.52 annually (average $1,500-$2,000)
- Premiums are paid directly to the insurance carrier according to your chosen payment schedule
4.3 Late Payments and Cancellations
- Late premium payments may result in policy cancellation and DMV notification
- Reinstatement fees may apply for cancelled policies
- We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before cancellation
5. Privacy and Data Protection
