1. About Sanctuary Insurance Services

Sanctuary Insurance Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a California-licensed insurance brokerage specializing in SR22 insurance services for individuals who have experienced DUI arrests. We are located at 22982 La Cadena Dr Ste 210, Laguna Hills, CA 92653, and have been serving California clients since 2021.

2. Services Provided

2.1 Insurance Brokerage Services

• SR22 Insurance Policies: We provide both owner and non-owner SR22 insurance policies through licensed insurance carriers
• DMV Reinstatement Guidance: Step-by-step guidance through the California DMV license reinstatement process
• DUI Program Referrals: Information and referrals to state-approved DUI programs
• Ignition Interlock Device Referrals: Recommendations for ignition interlock device providers
• Auto Insurance: Competitive auto insurance rates for existing and new clients

2.2 Service Limitations

• We operate exclusively within the state of California
• We are insurance brokers, not insurance carriers
• We do not provide legal advice or representation
• We do not operate DUI programs or receive compensation from program referrals

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Information Accuracy

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the application process
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information, address, or circumstances
• Maintain current contact information with us throughout your policy term

3.2 SR22 Compliance

You understand and agree that:

• SR22 insurance is typically required for 3 years in California
• You must maintain continuous coverage throughout the required period
• Any lapse in coverage will be reported to the DMV and may result in license suspension
• You are responsible for complying with all DMV requirements and court orders

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Broker Fees

• Standard broker fee: $250.00 for all SR22 policies
• Broker fees are non-refundable once services are rendered
• Payment options include monthly, semi-annual, or annual payments

4.2 Insurance Premiums

• Non-owner SR22 policies: Typically range from $49.29 to $3,785.49 annually (most clients pay $100-$300)
• Owner SR22 policies: Typically range from $574.56 to $4,782.52 annually (average $1,500-$2,000)
• Premiums are paid directly to the insurance carrier according to your chosen payment schedule

4.3 Late Payments and Cancellations

• Late premium payments may result in policy cancellation and DMV notification
• Reinstatement fees may apply for cancelled policies
• We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before cancellation

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Information Collection

We collect and use your personal information, including:

• Personal identification information
• DUI arrest records from public sources
• Driving history and insurance information
• Financial information for payment processing

5.2 Information Use and Sharing

• We use your information solely for providing insurance services
• We share information with insurance carriers as necessary to obtain coverage
• We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties
• We maintain confidentiality in accordance with California insurance regulations

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Limitations

While we strive to provide excellent service, you understand that:

• We cannot guarantee policy approval by insurance carriers
• We are not responsible for DMV decisions or processing times
• We do not guarantee specific premium rates
• Insurance coverage is subject to carrier terms and conditions

6.2 Liability Cap

Our liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount of broker fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination of Services

7.1 Client Termination

You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. However:

• Broker fees are non-refundable
• You remain responsible for maintaining required insurance coverage
• Policy cancellation must be handled directly with the insurance carrier

7.2 Company Termination

We may terminate services if:

• You provide false or misleading information
• You fail to pay required fees
• You move outside of California
• You engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff

8. California Regulatory Compliance

Our services are regulated by:

• California Department of Insurance
• California Department of Motor Vehicles
• We maintain all required licenses and comply with state regulations
• You have the right to file complaints with regulatory authorities

Any disputes not resolved through direct communication shall be governed by California law and resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
